Hunan MTR New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., established on June 26, 2018, is an ISO 9001 certified manufacturing factory specializing in the R&D, production and customized processing of carbon fiber and graphite thermal insulation materials for industrial furnace applications. Our products are mainly used in vacuum furnaces, sintering furnaces, heat treatment furnaces and other high-temperature industrial equipment, providing customers with hot zone insulation, furnace chamber insulation and carbon/graphite-based insulation component solutions.

Our main products include graphite rigid felt, reinforced composite graphite rigid felt, multi-type composite rigid felt, high-temperature carbon felt, graphite felt, carbon rope, CFC fasteners and related carbon/graphite insulation components. These products are suitable for industrial furnace hot zones, furnace insulation structures, high-temperature insulation layers and supporting components for vacuum and high-temperature equipment.

As a factory-based supplier, we are equipped with curing and forming equipment, carbonization treatment equipment, purification treatment equipment and CNC machining equipment. According to customers' drawings, furnace structures, working temperatures, installation requirements and required dimensions, we can provide customized manufacturing services for cylinders, discs, rectangular plates, cones, special-shaped parts and various non-standard insulation structures.

In terms of large-size integral forming capability, our standard one-piece molded cylinders can reach up to 1500 mm in diameter and 2400 mm in height. The maximum integral forming size of rectangular plates can reach 2500 mm × 1700 mm × 200 mm. For discs and round plates, the standard integral forming size can reach up to 1500 mm in diameter, with customized thickness available. For larger sizes or special structures, we can adopt an interlocking splicing structure / mortise-and-tenon structure to achieve customized production of larger diameters, greater thicknesses and non-standard dimensions.

We can provide ISO 9001 certification documents and product test reports. Technical indicators such as ash content, density, thermal conductivity, strength, dimensional tolerance and service temperature can be matched and customized according to customers' application conditions. Under vacuum conditions, the maximum service temperature of carbon fiber/graphite rigid felt insulation materials can generally reach 2300° C; Under inert gas protection, it can reach above 3000° C.
